What are the Playoffs
The AUFGUSS WM Playoffs are the official qualification round for the World Championship. They bring together top-ranked contenders from national competitions who did not secure a direct place at the finals but have earned a second opportunity to qualify. Over several days, these participants compete for the final remaining spots at AUFGUSS WM, making the Playoffs one of the most intense and competitive stages of the entire season.
Qualification & Selection
Only a limited number of contenders advance from the Aufguss WM Playoffs to the World Championship. The Playoffs are highly competitive, and only the strongest performances secure one of the final spots at Aufguss WM. In addition, participants from countries without an official national organization may apply directly to the Playoffs. After a review of their profile, experience, and professional background, selected candidates may be admitted, ensuring that talented saunamasters worldwide still have a pathway to the world stage.
Registration
Registration fee for the single competition: €150,00 plus VAT
Registration fee for the team competition: €200,00 plus VAT
If your employer pays for the participation fee, please also send us this address and possibly the VAT ID number.
